Step 1: Initiate Your Adventure with the Group Planning & Retainer Fee
A $125 per person Group Planning & Retainer Fee is your first step towards unlocking this extraordinary experience. This nominal fee signifies your commitment and allows us to finalize our bespoke arrangements, including our private shore excursions and group benefits. Rest assured, this fee is fully refundable should our collective not reach the required minimum of 8 cabins by the October 31, 2025, deadline.

Step 2: Confirm Your Cabin with the Official Virgin Voyages Deposit
Once our group is confirmed and ready to set sail, your initial retainer secures your spot, and you will be invited to make the official cruise deposit directly to Virgin Voyages. This final step locks in your luxurious Sea Terrace cabin and ensures your place aboard the Valiant Lady.
  • For Double Occupancy: $400 per person
  • For Single Occupancy: $800 per person
The final balance for your cruise will be due by January 31, 2026.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all travelers. It helps protect your investment and gives you peace of mind in case of unexpected changes or emergencies. Cancellations will be evaluated individually in accordance with the terms of your mandatory travel insurance policy (which The Travel Box International can assist you in obtaining). For cancellations outside of insurance coverage, please review the standard cancellation policy HERE​. ​Travelers seeking the flexibility to cancel for any reason are strongly encouraged to purchase additional travel insurance.

Prepare for a collection of hand-selected shore excursions, designed to immerse you in the local culture with an added touch of exclusivity. These are privately curated and hosted by me, will be an optional add-on with a separate cost, and are contingent upon reaching a minimum number of participants to make them viable. Journey to the legendary Saint-Tropez for a day of glamour and charm. Our group will enjoy indulgent winery visits in the picturesque landscapes of Saint-Tropez and Gassin, followed by leisurely free time to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of this iconic destination.
Mallorca
Indulge in an exclusive and intimate wine-tasting experience at a stunning Mallorcan winery, complete with local bites. Afterwards, we'll enjoy private transportation and free time to explore the charming city center at our own pace.
Rome
Experience the Eternal City in style. We'll skip the lines and the hassle with private transportation and an expert guide, ensuring you see the main highlights of Rome in comfort and without the exhaustion of walking all day.
Ibiza
Enjoy a private visit to a beautiful winery in Ibiza. We will have exclusive transportation for a private tasting of wine and local bites, with plenty of time to explore the legendary Ibiza Town on your own.
Getting There & Extending Your Stay
Your Mediterranean escape begins and ends in beautiful Barcelona. The closest airport is BCN (Barcelona–El Prat Airport).
For those who wish to extend the magic, we highly recommend adding a few days to explore Barcelona and its surrounding areas. You could delve into the stunning and historic Montserrat or take an exciting day trip to the Penedès wine region to make your own Cava and bring a bottle home.
